Change of plans, no problem

You have 15 calendar days to complete the return from the date of receipt of your purchase. Products must be unopened in their original packaging and kept in perfect condition.

To make the return, follow the following steps:

You can return a product whenever you want. If you don't like it, it's not what you expected or it doesn't fit what you need or for any other reason. You have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to be able to manage it and have it arrive at our facilities.

**For hygiene and safety reasons, exchanges or returns of jewelry, wigs, hats and helium cylinders are not allowed.

When we receive the package and verify that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount with the same payment method with which you placed your order.

The amount will be reflected in your account within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, from the moment you received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank.

We remind you that the costs of shipping returned products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to defects in the merchandise or receiving a product that does not correspond to you. 

Note: In the event of a return, the original shipping cost paid when placing the order will not be refunded, except in situations where the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered.

If a product arrives in poor condition or you miss an item, you have 48 hours from receipt of the merchandise to contact us through our contact email hello@ohyeahparty.com

The order can be canceled within a maximum period of 3 hours from placing the order, notifying the request by email. hello@ohyeahparty.com. During times of high demand such as Christmas, the cancellation time may be reduced.

If the product is personalized, its return is not allowed. Be sure to review all the details before making your purchase.

If the customer refuses delivery of the merchandise, the return costs of €3.99 plus shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
