When will I receive my order? What is the shipping cost?

Spain Peninsula:

Shipping costs FREE on orders over €50 in Peninsular Spain! Delivery in 24/48 hours working days (Standard Shipping with Correos).

For orders less than €50, shipping costs are:

  • 3,90 € – Shipping Standard (Post Office) delivers 48/72 business hours.

With Standard Shipping, orders placed before 2:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.

Do you need your order URGENT?

  • 5,90 € – Shipping Urgent (Nacex) delivery within 24 business hours.

With Expedited Shipping, orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day.

In 80% of the peninsula, delivery is made within 24 hours. Check your zip code at the following link: View zip codes.

Being Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays they are non-working days.

⚠️ In special seasons (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) deadlines may be delayed.

Balearic Islands:

Delivery in 48/72 working hours with Correos Express.

  • 0–3 kg → €7.90
  • 3–5 kg → €9.90
  • 5–10 kg → €12.90
  • +10 kg → €15.90

Canary Islands:

Shipping cost from €12.99 with delivery in 5–7 business days through Nacex.

Important!

  • Check your address and zip code carefully before completing the order. In case of error, resending will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the order cannot be delivered due to absence, the carrier will try to contact you. After a second failed attempt, the product will be refunded but not the shipping costs.
  • If the customer rejects the package after shipping, they must assume the costs incurred (transport, customs, taxes, etc.).
  • In periods of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) delivery on time is not guaranteed.
  • Oh Yeah! is not responsible for customs costs or possible detentions. Shipments with customs processing may require 1 additional day.
  • Deliveries on pallets are made at street level. According to Royal Decree-Law 3/2022, transporters do not unload the merchandise.
  • Orders with "PRE-ORDER" products will not ship until all merchandise in the order is complete. They will be sent with the Shipping method selected by default.

Do you need an invoice?

Please enter complete billing information when placing your order. Invoices cannot be generated if they have not been provided before completing the purchase.

Where is my order located?

You will receive updates by email. When your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you a tracking number and a link to check the status in real time.
